Introduction

For work timeliness, dehydrated screen suitable for 24 hours of non-stop work. In addition, dehydrated screen set 45 degrees at the feeding plate, also add polyurethane, to pre-dewater the material and let material travel on screen surface for long distance, effectively increasing actual dewatering area, and get the lower water content of final output material.
Working principle
The ZSD series dewatering screen uses vibration motors with exactly the same performance parameters as the excitation source. When two vibration motors run at the same angular speed in the opposite direction, the inertial force generated by their eccentric blocks is repeatedly superimposed or cancelled at a fixed phase, resulting in huge The exciting force drives the screen box to make periodic reciprocating motion along the linear trajectory, so that the incoming material on the screen will gradually jump from the feed to the output. During the beating process, the part (water) smaller than the screen hole will fall through the screen hole. The remaining part is discharged by the discharge to achieve the purpose of screening and dehydration.
