Working principle
The working process of the double spiral sand washer, the material is evenly into the feed box, continuous to inject a certain amount of water in the tub, transmission part drives the screw axis rotate at a certain speed, forcing the material in the tub flip rolling and the discharging mouth movement, fine grained material and impurities with the overflow of water through the overflow weir discharge, coarse-grained material is being exhausted from port discharge, so as to realize material washing, grading, removing impurity and dehydration.
