Working principle:
Materials below 5mm enter the feed end of the wheel sand washing machine with water. The sand washing wheel stirs the sand and picks it up. At the same time, under the action of the dewatering screen, the clean finished sand is dehydrated and desilted and sent from the screen outlet to the conveyor belt.
The tail water from the overflow of the sand washer is discharged into the water tank below the sieve through the pipeline. The slurry pump draws the tail water and drives it into the cyclone to recover the fine sand. The fine sand is discharged into the linear dewatering screen of the all-in-one machine, and the coarse sand discharged from the sand washing machine is evenly mixed and washed, and then dewatered and discharged to the conveyor belt.
